Rob Keefe (born November 5, 1980) is a retired American football defensive back with the AFL and current head coach of the Albany Empire. Keefe had a short stint within the AFL, beginning in the af2 with the Spokane Shock, where he won the ArenaCup as both a player and coach. He played one season with the Philadelphia Soul in 2008, securing an ArenaBowl victory in his only season as a player in the AFL. Since then, Keefe has been the head coach of the Spokane Shock of the AFL, offensive coordinator and head coach for the Orlando Predators, defensive coordinator for the Utah Blaze, and is currently the head coach of the Albany Empire. He is the youngest head coach to win an ArenaBowl title, winning with the Shock in 2010 at 29-years-old, and the only person in AFL history to win an ArenaCup and ArenaBowl as both a player and a coach.
