Raymond McNeil (born October 14, 1984) is an American football offensive lineman for the Baltimore Brigade of the Arena Football League. His ten-plus-year career in the AFL began in 2008 when he was a member of the Green Bay Blizzard of the af2, cementing himself as one of the top centers in that league. His jump to the AFL came with the Milwaukee Iron in 2010, a year after the franchise was upgraded into the AFL after the af2's dissolvement. While hopping from place to place, McNeil has played well enough to remain a starter for most of his playing time.
