Phillip-Keith Alexander Manley (born May 7, 1990) is an American football offensive lineman and occasional fullback for the Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League. After spending a few years in various camps for teams within the NFL, Manley found himself playing for the Cleveland Gladiators in 2015, playing there until the franchise went on hiatus following the 2017 season. In 2018, he was assigned to the Philadelphia Soul, where his play earned him his first All-Arena selection in his young career.
