Neal Tivis (born November 18, 1988) is an American football offensive lineman for the Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League. He began his AFL career with the Utah Blaze in 2012, playing for them until the franchise folded the following year. Beginning in 2014, Tivis has been a consistent piece of the Philadelphia Soul offensive line, earning All-Arena honors after the 2016 and 2018 seasons, as well as helping the team win back-to-back ArenaBowls in 2016 and 2017.
