Michael Lewis (born August 15, 1984) is a former American football defensive lineman most known for his time in the Arena Football League. His start in the league came in the 1f2, playing for the Albany Conquest and Peoria Pirates between 2007 and 2009. He jumped ship to the AFL with the Iowa Barnstormers in 2010, where he had a modest rookie season. His fame would only grow during his time with the Utah Blaze, where he notched back-to-back double-digit sack seasons between 2011 and 2012. He would return to the Barnstormers in 2013 and post a career-high 12.5 sacks. By the end of his career, he was second all-time in career sacks with 55.5.
