Matt Nagy (born April 24, 1978) is an American football coach and former quarterback known in part for his career in the Arena Football League. His career in the AFL began with the New York Dragons in 2002, where he backed up starter Aaron Garcia. His starting days would arrive in 2004 when he signed with the Carolina Cobras, only to have the team fold the following season. He spent the rest of his career playing with the Georgia Force and Columbus Destroyers before the AFL ceased operations for the 2009 season, giving Nagy the opportunity to begin his career as a coach with the NFL, beginning as an intern with the Philadelphia Eagles. Nagy is the currently the head coach of the NFL's Chicago Bears.
