The Connecticut Coyotes is a franchise primarily recognized by the Arena Football League. The team entered the league in 1995 and was placed into the Eastern Division of the National Conference. After two seasons of horrendous play—an overall 3-23 record—the Coyotes would fold in 1996 after the owners at the time failed to find a buyer for the franchise.
